PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the “Terms”) CAREFULLY. These Terms bind you, the company you represent, and the company that registered you (collectively “You”) to the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing the websites at www.masterai.ai and www.autoauto.ai (the “Marketing Websites”) or our online learning platforms at labs.masterai.ai and labs.autoauto.ai (the “Learning Platforms”) or other applications we build and maintain (collectively the “Sites”), including using the services and resources available or enabled via our the Sites (collectively, the “Services”), whether as a user or a visitor, and by using the AutoAuto cars or other Master AI, Inc. products (the “Products”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, including Master AI, Inc.’s Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services. The materials contained on these Sites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Children under the age of 13 must have consent from a legal guardian to register for an account on the Sites and Services. When you register for a Master AI account, or log into the Sites, you represent that either 1) you are over the age of 13, or 2) your parent and/or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Sites and Services.

Use of the Services and the Master AI Properties. The Sites, the Services, the Products, (collectively, the “Properties”) are owned and operated by Master AI, Inc. The information, images, graphics, visual interfaces, design, compilation, information, code (including computer code, source code or object code), software, services, content, educational videos, slides, exercises, labs, assessments and all other elements of the Properties (the “Materials”) are protected by United States and international copyright, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other applicable laws governing intellectual property and proprietary rights. All the Materials, and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names, contained on or available through the Properties are owned by or licensed to Master AI, Inc., and Master AI, Inc., reserves all rights therein and thereto not expressly granted by these Terms.

Disclaimer. The materials on the Properties are provided on an 'as is' basis. Master AI, Inc., makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Master AI, Inc., does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations. In no event shall Master AI, Inc. or its authorized representatives or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Materials, even if Master AI, Inc., or an Master AI, Inc. authorized representative, has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of materials. The materials appearing on Master AI, Inc.’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Master AI, Inc. does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Master AI, Inc. may make changes to the materials contained on the Sites at any time without notice. However, Master AI, Inc. does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Links. Master AI, Inc. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Master AI, Inc. of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Modifications. Master AI, Inc. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Privacy Notice. Please read Master AI, Inc.’s Privacy Policy, hereby incorporated into the Terms.

User Content License Grant. By posting, submitting or distributing notes, questions, comments, ratings, reviews, images, videos and other audio-visual materials and communications, and the posting, creation, or modification of computer code (including source code and object code) (collectively, “User Content”) on or through the Properties, You hereby grant to Master AI, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to host, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, use, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise exploit your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed).
